Work environment is very bad only because of SME Amith from federal bank process , that guy thinking that he is the owner of concentric and treating agent like - , Don't know how to respect others , did informed to HR many times but there is no use If any HR team seeing this please do enquire about TL Bharath and SME amith with agents do take action for better environment and workplace

Good work environment and culture. teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

when we talk about career progress we are promoted to next position but the salary hike is same. whether we get promote to quality analyst or as an SME floor support but as per the information they never increase there salary....

Pay is pretty fine But you will find it pretty hard to find time for your personal time as the 9.5 hrs shift becomes 10 hrs shift. Behavious of seniors is absolutely awesome, no doubt in that .

You will get salary on time without any delay of even a day , incentive is good but you need work like you are a labor on computer Work pressures is pretty hectic but that is the rule of corporate life.
