... were catering due to their old legacy - PNB, Royal Nepal airlines, Air India. I am writing this review after almost 20 years, I worked there as an audit assistant with a salary of mere of INR 2000 per month but facing Mr. P K Chopra was very tough because of his rude behavior. The ill-treatment still haunt me. Today I am working as a AVP in very big conglomerate but facing my seniors still takes me a step back because of my bad experience. My advise to anyone joining their first job, if you find a toxic culture or toxic boss. Just leave that company without a second thought. I remember my workings days / learning from Ms. Vijaylakshmi ( Partner) she too was meagerly paid even being a qualified chartered accountant. God bless her for all the learning she gave me. Though things might have changed now with new team but there are many like me who have gone through bade time in PKC - N-84 / Bombay Life Building.

Company culture is good if you are under right manager you can enjoy all benefits of the company within the working hours

I have gave overall rating 3 due to my manager No work life balance incase if there are any IT or any other issues or Training program accordingly work hours will extend Company is good if you are under right manager Salary in the industry is poor as compared to the market value Promotion are like the day never comes Appraisal is just a joke They say in the meeting that we have wfh so there is flexible shift but it is not. Currently wfh but no idea about future. As I said above if you want to join training program you should extend your hours

... poor performance and threatens that he don't give a damn if we report to HR. 3. The salary structure is horrible, they don't even give appraisals to any long term employees. Typical chindi types company who don't even take out a penny from their pocket. 4. Ladies/gentlemen if you're thinking to join this company beware of the half day leaves, this is very common once you are on the production. Even if it's your 7.9 hrs of hardwork in org. instead of 8, dude get ready to marked as a half leave/day. 5. Lots and lots of lies: in the starting they hired me stating that its a up selling job and ended up in sales job and dude they squeeze each and every blood and sweat to make a sale from you and they want your target to be met at any cost.

On time salary and if the salary date comes under weekends then you'll get your salary before. Lots of events for staff welfare. Good Salary for freshers. Opportunities for freshers to learn how to work in a MNC. Entry and Exit of the company is smooth.

Dislikes

Lots of unnecessary politics done by managers and HR are of no use. My profile days accountant Assistant but such work was done related to accounting which was a bummer. Lots of unnecessary compulsory trainings which are of no use and to waste your valuable time. Lots of events but poorly managed with a small budget.

...2% or 3%. On promotion which hardly you will be able to get after 6 to 7 years. Promotion increment 8% that too major portion in the form of bonus which variable and never paid in full
