...f the few managers it remberes my school days (like sit here ,don't talk etc )..because of that it is not look like office ,its like school for us and mainly salary is the concern other then that everything is the best

If you want to start your career then concentrix is best to start with because this company never lie about salary package they are offering and in this organization you'll never face layoffs. They will kick you out only when you have done seriour non-compliance.

It's hard to get hike in this organization and HR's here are so very rude. They will treat you like a shit and you will face very poor management here.

Nothing much concentrix is just a good company for freshers. the company is good if you are new, just join the company and switch it in 1-2 year.

Salary and Benefits are not as per the market standard and no promotion & good appraisal
