A Lot to say.! No transport to Male employees and One way transport to female employees, Salary is worst compared to what we work. I don't understand what company policy's are. Rather than Giving good appraisal to Senior employees they recruit new employees for higher ctc . No job growth It take millennium to get some position . On the job training is not given to new joinees. There is least communication between internal teams. (Manager , Assistant manager , TEAM LEAD , SME and agent) everyone does the same work as an Agent. !

Nothing Absolutely disgusting and pathetic management.These people don't even know what they are doing.Exit procedure is pathetic.Even after returning the company IT had received email with notice that company Assets not returned.Is this the.way an international BPO works.Disguating.

Extremely disgusting,low salary compared to other BPO in the industry,lack of coordination,waste of time if looking for any IJP as it is not on merit basis but favoritism basis,management pathetic,no appreciation for hard work,gives 10Rs Cadbury for hard work on calls,even robbery of mobile phones and money from wallet kept as they dont have sufficient lockers to provide is trending due to lack of proper background check from HR in hurry of earning incentive to hire a candidate.

The balance between team leaders and team members is great. You can always go to the HR for any difficulty or problem You will be treated equally and there is no discrimination based on religion caste and other parameters The work environment is good . Salaries are always on time Cab services

Low salaries High load of work Leaves aren't issued easily No weekends ( 6 day working)

Pay is pretty fine But you will find it pretty hard to find time for your personal time as the 9.5 hrs shift becomes 10 hrs shift. Behavious of seniors is absolutely awesome, no doubt in that .

You will get salary on time without any delay of even a day , incentive is good but you need work like you are a labor on computer Work pressures is pretty hectic but that is the rule of corporate life.
