Worst company, No career growth and they won't provide promotion and appraisal even they will deduct salary & year by year at least they should increase salary but in this company salary will decease if you stay here longer time & work life they will torture and indirectly make us leave company.

Very good for freshers I also started my corporate life from here. There is wonderful environment friendly work space. You can get much freedom any other MNCs.

Most disliked fact about concentrix is salary for freshers they provide lowest MNC package from the start.

The work pressure was too much and employees used to get too stressed. Even the pay wasn't getting hiked even after working for more than 1.5 years. Tenured agents used to get stressed a lot.

It's primarily a BPO company, keeping that in mind there is not much to like but job security is the only positive thing about Concentrix.

...not on weekends but if you don't work then expect a negative vibes from them. Salary is bare minimum just to keep you afloat, and better forget about the appraisal. Most likely you will end up working in night shift for which there is no shift allowance. Company provides cab facility but you will have to pay for it. If you cancel the cab when it is scheduled for you on the day, they will deduct money from your salary. There is incentives of 2.5k (max), although you could easily find much higher incentives in other BPO jobs.

Terrible, salary is very low and also promotion is rare in here... Main purpose of doing job is good income..but here no income..no incentive, they never give you actual incentive amount even every parameter is met, very very disappointed 😞, terrible, horrible, my all parameters are met in every month but they didn't promote me even in 2nd advisor, I worked hard every day, I always on top in my team to maintain every thing, but they are horrible just horrible, instead raise your income they decreased, they removed AHA allowance which is for electricity or wifi it is only 1000.., cab services and other things never give any party or nothing, they have to work on this ... Because every employee need good income. Because they have people to feed not just only work on concentrix, that's why after months employees leave the company for salary
