...f the few managers it remberes my school days (like sit here ,don't talk etc )..because of that it is not look like office ,its like school for us and mainly salary is the concern other then that everything is the best

Their working time I. e 5hr of work .no mental pressure but not it's became horrible it's 7.5 hour and very much mental tortures towards working timing and all

No salary hike but increasing target every month

Good thing about this company is client benefits, food, office atmosphere etc

No hikes in salary, if you work here more than two years there is no growth in the salary, if they want to remove employees they will give un achievable target's and throughing employee's into PLA, PSP

Working with Concentrix is a great experience. Management is supportive and we never regret about work balance. Though there is ramp down in process company managed to move employees to other LOB but never asked employee to resign.

Dislikes

The compensation is very low compared to the market. Only ESI will be available for health benefit no other insurance is offered from the company.

I would like to say that job security is 100% here services is also good

I would like to focus on culture and management is too worst if i talk about the salary and appraisal is too bad and increase very slow and low as well.. Admin works in under pressure to complete their targets with too much boundation you can’t feel free during the work . Here is everything is comes under Sr. Management nothing in your hands. Do your job Get paid And get back to home. Thanks
