Good place to learn Microsoft products, initially you get trained on the product which you will be supporting. Once you pass the training which can be of 1/2 months you will be live on production to work. You get incentive amount as per your monthly performance.

Sometimes things and work does not goes as per planned, but if I focuss on correct path it will get fixed till date of my performance...thank you

...company helped me a lot I should say because.. who gets paid without working... at the most maybe they'll give you half the salary or even less maybe however we got paid for full salary and it helped me a lot in surviving my own in this city and I am thankful for that 😁😊👌👍 lastly... the company should provide both side cab to the agents because it not only saves time but we become more better at being punctual as well confident for the work. However at the end, I had to quit because of some personal reasons but I'll always remember my time in Concentrix as it was the first step for my career 😁 and I learnt a lot from it... thank you everyone for everything 😊

Honestly... there is nothing that I hate or dislike about it but just as a suggestion, providing both side cab will help the company a lot as well as for the agents. And lastly.. incentives were kinda hard to earn .. it's a little complicated but I wish we could earn a little more incentives than the current percentage 😄😁👍👌

I like the most about the company security is very good for everyone, and work environment is super, colleagues, manager very helpfull to each other, I really loved to most learning facility so many thing I was learn..

Only one thing they are not provide good salary, according to work, and incentives very low, they should be increase salary and incentives.
