...supervisors actually. No work life balance. they can call you to office anytime. poor salary : they collect around 10 times for a resource from client and pays only 10% cannot take breaks on your own . Cannot take leaves and it also gets approved even if you plan months in advance. if you fall ill in the office they will not let you go to hospital or to the doctor unless your shift is over. If you raise complaint against any senior you will be barred for promotions etc. Office cabs take atleast 1 hour to depart after the shift.

Payroll department. They didn't hold my salary.

Dislikes

Management is not supportive not even Hr. Job security is not there they can fire you whenever they feel you are not enough.. they will not give you time to prove yourself or give time to correct your mistake. You can't balance your work life and personal life, randome shift changes will be there without your knowledge you will get updated a day prior about your shift.. and there is many more things to tell but I think this much is enough.

Growth within the organization is very poor..especially in terms of salary which each one of us strives for...almost everyday there is a new update..which is not easy to cope up as it may leads to errors ...apart from this nobody is perfect or clear in policies...deserving candidates don't get promotions rather there is a lot of biasdness n partiality practiced by managers...don't get leaves even if we are not well...

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I don't think I have any point to mention in Likes according to my experience.

Dislikes

1. Forget about salary increment, they don't have policy according to my manager 😂. 2.24/7 shift available according to company policy but in one year they force me to work in night shift for 9 months. 3. Manager do nothing in this company. 4. In 12 months I have applied 6 times leave and received "0" (Zero) approval 😂, even you can send email or do anything. 5. Always receive less salary even they have promised high, like if your salary 25k in hand then always you receive below 22k or less then 22k. 6. TL or Support behaviour like owner, they don't know how behave professionally, they disrespect juniors or new joined employees and no action will be taken against them even you complaint to higher mngt.
