No extra curricular activities are there in the process. No fun friday is there. Only work is important and due to this office life is getting bored.

Nothing that I like because the culture and their way of treating employees is miserable. I worked in this company because they acquired everything through Convergys which had better prospects.

...ention bonus was due in July which they deffered until August, and then October. Eventually, I resigned in search of better prospects and they gave themselves a reason to not pay me out. Other than this, they do not let employees rest for more than 45 minutes even in case of medical emergencies. Lastly, the cafeteria is not up to the mark with the meals as the food is mostly served ungraciously and cold. I am not sure if there is any improvement after the lockdown.

Cnx providing very good package for the fresher I would recommend to join as a fresher. Job security at cnx is high level.

Dislikes

...f culture making uncomfortable others who are working hard for the organisation. Also cnx treats both types of employees with same like salary or promotion. In the cnx 90% folks geeting prompted due to they don't have efficient folks who are eligible for that position. This type of culture will make the company hollow. Company needs to look for those who are working hard for them. Appraisal is very big concern there is no appraisal you will get only 4k-5k increment in your annual CTC only if you have 5 out of 5 rating.

It's a good place to work, and place to grow and upskill.

Dislikes

People around me are not perfect to be in that position. Salary are too low for positions, Position can be provided in faster and easier way.
