... poor performance and threatens that he don't give a damn if we report to HR. 3. The salary structure is horrible, they don't even give appraisals to any long term employees. Typical chindi types company who don't even take out a penny from their pocket. 4. Ladies/gentlemen if you're thinking to join this company beware of the half day leaves, this is very common once you are on the production. Even if it's your 7.9 hrs of hardwork in org. instead of 8, dude get ready to marked as a half leave/day. 5. Lots and lots of lies: in the starting they hired me stating that its a up selling job and ended up in sales job and dude they squeeze each and every blood and sweat to make a sale from you and they want your target to be met at any cost.

Work place in nice, have good and bad both sides, monotonous work environment but decent salary amount

As such no dislikes but points to share are.... Repetitive work might bore you.....no as such fun at work...

Good work environment and culture. Leaders and managers are very co friendly.. love to hangout in the cafeteria as it's so huge and spacious. Also want to highlight about the games like tennis,Pool,Carom and Ps4.. I missed my work place. Concentrix is good to go for your future

Salary is basic. It needs long time to increase.

First of all I am the first girl in my team who got work from home secondly I know few people who lost their job during this pandemic. I have seen their problems and I was felt safe and secure about my job during Covid. No doubt it was fab support from Concentrix yes there was some lack of compensation and benefits but we do understand it so overall it was wonderful experience with Concentrix.

Honestly speaking "salary" we do graveyard shift and we are not getting Angad amount as well as no night allowance and my salary is just 14 k after 2 step up and after 1.5 years. I am not satisfied with it. I know it was my fault I should had not joined Concentrix on that salary.

Best place to work they give good salary hike and attractive reward plan for employees teammates are very supportive

I think every your weekend may be spoil by manager# overtime but it's really good for your future
