Working culture is very good here and this company is better than other private companies in terms of job security. If you want a culture with fun and without stress, then go ahead to join.

Dislikes

Salary and benefits are way lower. Most of the lower & Mid level employees are underpaid as per their experience and Market standards. Only the most upper-level employees have huge packages which I felt unfair distribution of salaries among employees if they are saying we are one family.

The company is really very big with its offices accross the globe. Lots of benefits are there. Promotions and growth opportunities are superb. Job security is great even during pandemic people didnt lose their jobs here. company gives gifts on diwali. Transport allowance is there. Shuttle services are there. Neat and clean offices and with good infrastructures.

Dislikes

Salary,incentives and appraisals are very low. No bonuses, no diwali or yearly bonus as well. Transport is also for night shifts only. Shuttle timings are not good. Free meal option is not there and even the paid meals are not that good.

Very less salary, too much confusion, salary was way less than discussed not a happy place people always try to bring you down why just pennies are provided to the employees over utilisation of human resources and very less compensation only work here if you are very desperate for a job I had the worst exp. Here never going to recommend this company to anyone

The work environment is really good , supportive managers and seniors. Very good opportunity to learn while you work , work life balance is so good.

The company have a huge opportunity for learning and development but somewhere company fall short in compensation and benefits

Concentrix offers good introductory salary if the requirement is critical, even will go upto 100% hike. Offers free cab to women employees and for low grade employees. Does some CSR activities.

Dislikes

The work culture is bad and gives utmost importance to clients than to employees or their mental health. The managers will have full authority over employees and even the HRs will be under them. Too much office politics etc not professional environment.
