Over all work culture and environment was so gud... its feel like IT sector...

There is No Free transportation , we need pay 75rs per ride .. this is too much it's almost 2k per month, in this case there is no worth for salary..

As an employee if you provide a good hike in salary that will be very beneficial for us, because as being an experienced person getting salary around 22k is really bad, but happy with the organisation in terms of other aspects, hope @concentrix will look after this issue. Thank you

Pay and benefits is the worst at this company. No hikes nothing. They just make us to work to peeks and pay very less. No free transport as well

...f the few managers it remberes my school days (like sit here ,don't talk etc )..because of that it is not look like office ,its like school for us and mainly salary is the concern other then that everything is the best

If you want to start your career then concentrix is best to start with because this company never lie about salary package they are offering and in this organization you'll never face layoffs. They will kick you out only when you have done seriour non-compliance.

It's hard to get hike in this organization and HR's here are so very rude. They will treat you like a shit and you will face very poor management here.
