Good Work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very less and carrier growth is slow.

If you want to start your career then concentrix is best to start with because this company never lie about salary package they are offering and in this organization you'll never face layoffs. They will kick you out only when you have done seriour non-compliance.

It's hard to get hike in this organization and HR's here are so very rude. They will treat you like a shit and you will face very poor management here.

...work in Concentrix but if you want to see your career there its not a great one. Work life balance is uncertain and compensation is low. However you can work for 6 months there.
