In my project, - work life balance is good . - if you are lateral joinee then your salary would be good ... - they have some good accounts.

- there is no appraisal no one there is recognised your work.. - if you work very hard then also very less increment. - work quality is too low.you can't learn new things here.

- Goal setting platform is quite good but no opportunity to work with those - No predefined coding standards to follow - Poor appraisal - Poor annual bonus

There is no use of Preferred Location in Offer Letter. Also, Please check whether it is relevent role for the experience you already having. Because, anything can happen here infact you may need to work in support instead of development after joining. Get clarified before joining..

Not much of Learning Curve. Your coding time will get reduced drastically if you are coming here from a Product based company. Work Life balance going on toss at times.
