Not much of Learning Curve. Your coding time will get reduced drastically if you are coming here from a Product based company. Work Life balance going on toss at times.

Superb work life balance. Health insurance is the best. They do not charge anything from the employee.

You don't expect salary hike or componsation. No transport will be provided. But in some projects only they will provide cab facility

One of the best thing I would say about Cognizant is it's early adoption of new technologies. Company is investing more for innovation and encourages everyone to learn. I had many good learning opportunities through Hackathons, contests and so on. Work-life balance is also good.

Dislikes

According to me, only thing is appraisal. Though the appraisal cycle is Jan-Dec, we have to wait till Sep or Oct for compensation letter. Also there is no Arrears for that. This is not at all good.

Good infrastructure deployment with associate communication in the environment. Good culture relationship, salary hike based on ratings, lot of domain knowledge to learned, additional technical knowledge to learn for career growth, good teammates and team players with clients interactions support, timely delivered projects commitment with instant responsibility from this cognizant management.
