One of the best thing I would say about Cognizant is it's early adoption of new technologies. Company is investing more for innovation and encourages everyone to learn. I had many good learning opportunities through Hackathons, contests and so on. Work-life balance is also good.

Dislikes

According to me, only thing is appraisal. Though the appraisal cycle is Jan-Dec, we have to wait till Sep or Oct for compensation letter. Also there is no Arrears for that. This is not at all good.
