In my current project there is some flexibility of work but when compared to other projects it is hell

Dislikes

There are many points 1. promotion criteria which is worst in all mnc. 2. salary hike is negligible. 3. even there is no such activities happened which makes you motivated through out the year.

Likes

Good salary and promtion/hikes. However hikes have significantly decreased in last few years. Work life balance is good. Good learning opportunities.

Dislikes

There is no job security here currently due to the current job market scenario.

In my project, - work life balance is good . - if you are lateral joinee then your salary would be good ... - they have some good accounts.

Dislikes

- there is no appraisal no one there is recognised your work.. - if you work very hard then also very less increment. - work quality is too low.you can't learn new things here.

I like management and salary structure and environment.

Dislikes

In one year, I observed When managers and team leads don't understand the requirements and simply say "just do it," it becomes challenging for developers to proceed with the development work.

- Flexible login time - Supportive team members - On-time salary - Free access to learning platforms like udemy, coursera etc. - Free international certification

Dislikes

- Goal setting platform is quite good but no opportunity to work with those - No predefined coding standards to follow - Poor appraisal - Poor annual bonus
