It is very good to work here...I got lucky a good domain that is AI and analytics..seniors are helpful and awesome training lots of learning here

It's platform where they take test ..it is very undeveloped ...some managers annoying and not helpful also monthly salary is pretty low ...but since they gave work from home so it is enough for me ..

Stability is good. Though in the ongoing global recession, many of my co-workers had to leave projects because of project ramp down and did not get any other projects. Instead of recruiting employees from bench in other projects they are hiring more from people outside.

Dislikes

Appraisal is bad. So joining with low salary does not help much in the long run, better to switch.

Long term projects but mainly support projects. Flexible work timings On time salary and some increment every year Scope to show case your skills

Every time you have search for the projects once your current project ramp down

They offer competitive salary package. That’s all.

There’s no job satisfaction or personal growth. Enough toxic people up there in the management. So don’t expect any support. It’s all about billing. Also you need to complete a ton of courses and most of them are irrelevant or obsolete, so it just eat your valuable time. Most of the time we have to spend our personal time to do all these since there will be project deadlines.

...what they promises after passing a certain number of exams. You are on your own. Salary is good no doubt. This is where freshers get trapped. Skills are important at the beginning. Please understand if any fresher is seeing this.
