Good work culture.Company policies are good.Appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus everyear.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.Salary is decent but career growth is slow.There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.

The brand name is well recognized when you move out of the company other than that I don't think anything is positive.

Dislikes

Compensation for the employees is very poor which is why most of employees tend to move out. Politics is a fashion in most of the accounts and we cannot do anything about it.

They offer competitive salary package. That’s all.

Dislikes

There’s no job satisfaction or personal growth. Enough toxic people up there in the management. So don’t expect any support. It’s all about billing. Also you need to complete a ton of courses and most of them are irrelevant or obsolete, so it just eat your valuable time. Most of the time we have to spend our personal time to do all these since there will be project deadlines.

1. Skill development 2. Work life balance (depends on project & manager) 3. Hybrid model (only for those who are allocated to project if the project wants hybrid otherwise typical 5 day work)

Dislikes

1. Carrer growth🤧 2. Salary hikes ( 4 percent for 5 ⭐ 😮‍💨) 3. Less projects for freshers. Most of the freshers will be on bench or be non billable without work for more than 1.5 years. Then force them to give up if they are still not billable😴. 4. Relocation: This is one the worst thing in the company, If you are working in your desired city it's good. But, most of the times you may have ODC in your city but still they call you/force you to relocate to CHENNAI otherwise you should put the papers, which is one of the worst cities in India to live with respect to language, weather, food, pgs/flats availability, which is subjected to cyclones every year and you will struck in the middle.
