Always prefer to work if I joined with good salary. Good work life balance.

Dislikes

Was struggling a bit to find full match project in the field of IAM however partially match you will get always. Less management interaction, less learning opportunities as my manager did not allowed me to get elevate on okta certification. Increment delayed and not get the the arreas.

Salary wise, once you received offer that time you can demand high.. later not much increment or promotion you will get here .. Good policy for maternity leave for female candidates but it's similar to other companies in competition I can say.

Dislikes

Company working hours is 10 and it goes upto 12/14 hours per day plus expectation is to work on weekends without additional benefits or comp offs. Overall no work life balance. Management almost in every project is like they will assign some work and will expect to complete by that day only.. If you can talk and revert to management you can survive well else you will only suffer in such company.. no appreciation even if you are doing so much of work, neither increment not good ratings.. terrible projects, management and company

In group of MNCs, I find cognizant one of the best companies to work for in terms of compensation and other facilities are way better, really a great company to work for.

Dislikes

too many people in between the hierarchy, and lower level people in the management are way much bossy and do micromanagement. Promotion is a big concern here,it takes a lot of time to be noticed.

leave policy like half day sick leave in a month. Who can guarantee that they person will be having health issue only for half day. what if it happens in the first month of joining. Should he/she get cured with in 4 hours and continue to work?
