...security, suddenly one day you will know that now your not part of your project. Salary and other benefits are very less as compared to other it company.

Worst company, hell lot of discrimination between India and Manila. Management is worst and just care about how to loot money from client and warm their own pockets. No work life balance, worst of its kind.

Everything nothing good, they don't give you salary as what you do, no holiday, you need to work in india holiday and you need to work in US holiday as well. Management only do back hitching here. Don't ever join team under any philippians specially Joy Mendoza she is worst of her kind.

Work load is usually not very heavy, they provide great platforms to learn like free udemy access and cognizant internal certifications.

Dislikes

Does not pay as per the current market standards, your work will not be recognized, promotion and appraisal structures are very bad. Lot of office politics.

Variable is less compared to other companies. Salary on time.

They are doing background verification by: 1. UAN Service History (Unethical Practice) 2. All past companies PF statements 3. All past companies HR and Managers Email Id and Mobile Number (Unethical) 4. Experience Letters of all past companies. 5. Bank statements of all past companies. 6. Salary Slip of all past companies. Apart from this: Managers don't trust employees. No timely hikes and promotions. Dictatorship is very common.
