management is worst so only many r leaving and non of them, bother of employ resignation no one try to convinces and non of mangent had one on one with employ mot taking concesies at all apart for salay ever thing is worst here i am blaming cognizent but the managmnet inside is too bad

It depends on which project you are working on, everytime employee rates his company because of his project, But the best thing here was Job Security, on people on bench were laid off because they were idle....

If you are working in BPO sector then it very difficult to grow because, salary will be low and also your basic will be low! Your hike percentage will be high but the amount will be less depending on the salary! Annual increment, and incentive policies are very bad

...improve my skills. The courses that we take in one cognizant was really helpful. I would like to appreciate the cognizant payment method, the salary will credited on time with out any delay

The first thing I would disagree with 10hrs shift, including traveling we r almost spending 12-13 hrs, where our health is getting disturbed, along with work health also is important. There is no proper hike or bonus is given.

Every thing. No proper KT. In the name back up creation they dump everything and make new joiner a scape goat. Terrible culture and back stabbing people. Zero work life balance.

Everything depends upon the project and team. Mine were wonderful people- no politics ,proper ownership and recognition for the work . Steep learning curve in training. Takes sometime to fit in the new project but you can feel settled in few months.

Pay hike would be low.
