...improve my skills. The courses that we take in one cognizant was really helpful. I would like to appreciate the cognizant payment method, the salary will credited on time with out any delay

The first thing I would disagree with 10hrs shift, including traveling we r almost spending 12-13 hrs, where our health is getting disturbed, along with work health also is important. There is no proper hike or bonus is given.

Good for freshers low pay rude supervisor no work life balance

Dislikes

Initially the worst thing i experienced i didnt receive my night shift allowance for straight 8months as work was not started at full. Contacted almost everyone but no clue or reply from their side. Superviser was bit rude as i was doing work from home no work life balance shift timing was 5 30 to 3 30 but we use to sit till 4:00 4:30 and sometimes target was not completed supervisior use to tell login in morning and complete your work.

...mployee of Cognizant getting benefits like Medical, Accident and Life Insurance. This is the unique thing about the company that I liked, because company itself taking care of that insurance and it was not deducting from the employee's salary. So it doesn't affects the salary but also we are getting an advantage like insurance benefit. Work culture is family oriented, Managers are really good and trainers will behave like our friends. One more point to add here is we are getting wellness sessions every weekend, where respective specialists are there, who will help to come out of stress and keep our mind calm and perform our best.

Training is good and leaves and all they will give and TL is also good for me he support in all the way and supporters are also good

Dislikes

They won’t leave us to change the domain within 2 year, and night shift is terrible, salary is not good for night shift peaple also, they say only work work work….thats it for the work we do they will not provide that much benefits for us.
