Salary is good this is the only thing which allows your mind to work.

Manager, senior manager and process head don't have process knowledge. Manager just busy in Microsoft teams calls. Poor trainer. Just go to office login do your work logout go back to home. manager TL they won't give one on one meeting. Don't know how to take care of employees. Force to do extra work. No proper help on bench. Once if you are on bench you will get a dashboard to apply new process but you will get proper communication from hiring manager.

It depends on which project you are working on, everytime employee rates his company because of his project, But the best thing here was Job Security, on people on bench were laid off because they were idle....

Dislikes

If you are working in BPO sector then it very difficult to grow because, salary will be low and also your basic will be low! Your hike percentage will be high but the amount will be less depending on the salary! Annual increment, and incentive policies are very bad

In Cognizant culture was good and the career growth was not getting more and salary also not getting high values.

The work pressure is very high and need todo all the works for client end but the relaxation was no there in my project.

Nothing actually except salary.

For me my project portrays the company. The managers were dominating, insensitive and rude. People had no life there. All the associats couldn't even have a conversation because of workload and stretchs were everyday Drama. I felt like a jail there.
