The best part of the company is the job stability. In the hard times when there was recession world wide, Infosys was the only company standing beside their employees and supporting them.

Dislikes

The only drawback is the salary and facilities.The salary and appraisal is worst. No good salary or hike is given any year.the variable pay is also confusing.

Infosys is the one of the best companies in taking care of employees.other than compensation benefits and salary, this makes feel like we are in home.

No salary hikes, no proper goal settings. Lot of politics.

Hello, I felt very lucky to be a part of Infosys. And I love infy campus very much, then it's a great place to learn things especially for freshers. Everything was good in Infy apart from salaries and appraisals. Salaries would be very leass while comparing to other organizations. Thank you!

Its not about dislike but yes when compared to other companies the compensation is a bit less. But then Infosys is a very good company and a big brand which helps you with a good career start

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. sometimes, I have to work 11 Hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
