...security, suddenly one day you will know that now your not part of your project. Salary and other benefits are very less as compared to other it company.

There is a huge difference in how the company operates in India vs other developed nations. Even though there is plenty of learning opportunities there is no career growth. It also depends on which project one is assigned. The policy is either you work whatever is given to you or resign but no one will ever help someone in their career growth. Plus with wfh they will make you work for 12 to 13 hrs in a day. The management is really bad, they don't want anyone to take leaves, 6th 7th days are mandatory, so to sum it up if someone joins a wrong project then their life is going to be hell. The management doesn't let anyone to change project, but free for the associate to resign. No wonder retention is so high here. Tl doesn't approve leave even when someone needs to go to hospital.

...mployees didn't even get 6th day allowance because of their ridiculous policies. We didn't get any overtime pay out. We had to give so many proofs to got a sick leave. The higher management people are mentally sick. I literally suffered in that process and my colleagues too. I will definitely suggest to not take any offer letter especially if it is coming from that "Remitco" project.

1. Yearly hike nowadays is very less 2. Appraisal evaluation system is definitely not based on performance, it is pre-decided by account manager based on employee numbers. 3. Variable: never got 100% of variable 4. Seniors sitting at onsite, thinks of themselves as Gods and they can ask you of anything and say anything. Without having the time requirement for a task, they promises the client on something which is practically impossible and then asks juniors to complete. Its like asking to complete 7 day's work in 1 day. 5. Sometimes one may have to work for 15-1 hours a day (till 2am at night) and then they expect us to come and take handover from onsite at their evening time which is again 6 am in the morning. Means one has 4 hours to sleep in a day. Work life balance is that bad.
