Team outing and something their appreciation are good apart from that everything are not that much satisfied

Everything other than i mentioned above are very bad like salary work time their approach are really very bad.. most importantly girls don't look for this work..

Work life balance were awesome, and it is really based on the project that we get allocated.

...I got recognized. But who were not recognized were in same position for 5 years. Joining as programmer analyst or lateral can get more salary and variable pay.

Cognizant creating Employement opportunities among the location and Getting new project to recruiting the graduates for developing the organization and employees.

Basic pay and salary was low within the city were Good but other city employee was really low . They are struggling to survey. Money wasn't save. We are spending extra money apart from salary

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues

Company culture was very good. Senior management was also good.

...security, suddenly one day you will know that now your not part of your project. Salary and other benefits are very less as compared to other it company.
