... one of the best thing in CTS and we will not have moke work pressure or stress. But salary package will be different from one project to the other, so if we get good salary package for all project, it will be better. Working in CTS will develop good and best job culture and we will also have more & advanced work knowledge. Thanks

Salary package for some project after promotion is low, so that will only be the disadvantage in CTS and also for location change in India or outside India should also be encouraged by the project and company, no other disadvantage found in,CTS for me

I work in cognizant for 2+ yrs and my only concern is about the pay slab they fix for freshers is too low compared to market slab. And you have to wait for 1.8 yrs for promotion. Apart from that cognizant is the best place to work and you can gain lot of process knowledge.

10 hrs work policy is a biggest disadvantage. And pay slab for freshers is too low, I will not recommend cognizant for freshers.

Good work environment and culture. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Proper training was not available. We could learn & work.

Very bad company. I worked thier for 3 years and I was not even given a farewell. I hope you can relate what sort of company it would be.

...omplete her target but boys are still struggling to achieve 100%of target . If you have any experience in other company you get enough of salary you will get .But you are fresher to this company you can't get valid salary for your work
