Cognizant provides flexible in working shifts at the covid time. Now also it is giving work from home facility to some of the departments. You will get best of the facilities here in terms of your insurance, dependent’s insurance, at time salaries, over time etc

...ay do not get opportunity of getting promoted or changing to different projects. May experience Workload and pay scale and all other incentives are also not very good.

Likes

considering the salary, its good as they provide good salary but when appraisal comes, its very poor as they give only 5-6% hike. Also when talking about any policy, they have their own policy. Coming to job satisfaction, its very bad as there is no employee satisfaction. Its very difficult for a female employees to continue their job after baby as they don't provide any creche facility. So the overall experience for me was not good.

Company culture was very good. Senior management was also good.

...security, suddenly one day you will know that now your not part of your project. Salary and other benefits are very less as compared to other it company.

Worst company, hell lot of discrimination between India and Manila. Management is worst and just care about how to loot money from client and warm their own pockets. No work life balance, worst of its kind.

Dislikes

Everything nothing good, they don't give you salary as what you do, no holiday, you need to work in india holiday and you need to work in US holiday as well. Management only do back hitching here. Don't ever join team under any philippians specially Joy Mendoza she is worst of her kind.
