Culture, Work satisfaction, learning and development, decent work life balance, decent salary hike compared to other projects or service based companies and there's job opportunities if you're truly skilled and job security is guaranteed from whatever I've seen.

Good salary and benefits, also employee appreciation through distribution of goodies makes it worth. Also, it's approach towards eligible candidate placement with a matching requirement.

Dislikes

No Drawbacks, but an allocated project tenure or a contract tenure for a eligible and work acquainted candidate should atleast be for a Financial year or a complete term.

Likes

Cognizant is good if we talk about job security and work life balance. They also have some good projects to work on. You may get onsite opportunity as per the project requirements. You will have flexibility of locations to work on.

Dislikes

Promotions are difficult to take. Salary is less for freshers and to get salary hike you will need to resign. Learning is good and udemy is free. They have worst process for taking reimbursement for internet allowances. Almost 80% employees are not getting internet allowance.
