There's nothing to like about this company . Third class company with third class people .

...dislike about this company & I will not refer anyone to work in this company ..Right from the people to Salary , working environment etc everything is 3rd class ... Worst teamleader & his worst AM & so called HR heads . Worst payroll system . I asked for revoke of my resign they purposefully not revoked my Resign . I call Deputy manager ( Gayathri Ravishankaran) for revoke of my resignation she didn't received the call . All are taking personal grudges because I raise a complaint of their shoelicking TL at posh ,the worst TL passed comment on body parts of mine . Their posh is also for name sake . With every evidence camera proof also they haven't terminated TL ..rather terminating him she started judging on my character & saying that I m character less n all . we don't have strong proof .cameras are not audible & on the other hand ur policy stating that no one should carry phone on floor so how come we will collect proof ?? Camera is the only proof I asked to check but they haven't . After being so much mentally harrased I then too continued to work bcz my financial condition was not good due to Covid pandemic & then I gave resignation. Although I have resigned from that company they have not given me my full salary . Pathetic people , pathetic surrounding . Only u can get mentally harrased in this company theirs nothing to learn . HR , ER , TL , AM everyone are useless.

This is a company which has a muti tiered scam system. During the interview process, I cleared my salary expectations in the very start, they made me go through 4 rounds of interview ( each 1.5 hours), then manipulated me to submit my documents before even releasing the offer letter by telling me that is how the offer letter will be released, then after 2 days, they happened to offer the salary which was even lesser than my current CTC. If they don’t have the budget, they should tell candidates upfront. There is no exception for late punch-in (even a sec late isn’t exempted) and they will mark as half day for each day a person is late. No proper hierarchy. Bad and dirty politics.

Dislikes

There is no work-life balance in this company, the managers just ask you to work on your week-offs. They're always boasting about the promotions which only happens when there is a shortage in their staff, and when they do give promotions, it's only for the bootlickers. I've known a lot of colleagues there that have shown exceptional skills and deserve to get a promotion but they never got it. The company culture is so toxic that I've seen 3 managers leave this job in a total span of 1 year. By the way, the job description of this "Customer Satisfaction" company says upselling but this job is ONLY focussed on sales.
