There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a 1 month resignation period.

Average opportunity for Learning. Salary around 15th of every months on timely manner.

Dislikes

Lot of politics from junior to senior level. No work culture. Many unskilled people in Team Leaders, Asst. Manager and upper level. H.R always supports Seniors and never listen to the junior employees. Hard to get your own leaves even in genuine reasons.

Women are allowed only till 7 pm at the floor, we were told while joining. After joining, we are on the floor till 8:30 pm almost daily, without any overtime too.

Dislikes

No fixed policies, the clients come and say aloud "I pay u all salary, so u will all work till I say u leave". Hopeless culture...

Working with cogent for past 8 months and prior to rhis arrangement worked with them for 4 months still they did not provide benefits they promised 3 years ago. They started PF facility past month.

Dislikes

...ion for the leave and afterwards they do not marked as leave or consider as one. It will be deducted fro your salary. Not hygienic we get one toilet paper roll per day (Not per employee) and when asked to housekeeping staff the reason they say as per management they are working.
