In the name of Retention bonus they will give you an indirect bond. Do not fall on the big CTC. In the name of retention they will ask you to repay the amount while leaving.

Dynamic team, u will learn lot of technology in short duration

Dislikes

You may end up doing a project with 6 months duration to a month duration. There will be lot of task that u will be assigned with. If ur a genius u may tolerate it easily otherwise walkin on knife. Try to get into a client company cuz it is a quick recruit company that is where ur job security increases. Well they will have so called talent team, although they r not talented they will pretend it, u should also pretend it, at the end of the day it is just a corporate

Great place and ambience to start your career, Excellent management and technical training model.

Dislikes

Poor in job security really hard to know when the termination might happen, even though these are specified in clause it has happened solely because of poor resource management and planning. Hope this improves soon

Working with Codingmart has been really great. The projects are of diverse domains which leads to great learning & experience.

Working from home makes it difficult to coordinate with teams. Hoping office would resume soon.

I simply love their work culture and the hierarchy of leadership that they incorporate within. The most interesting factor that every employee would feel happy about is - the flexibility which codingmart provide in both profession as well personal. They recognize the right skills from every employee and reward their career with a good scope of IT related task. Being one of the product cum service based company in Bangalore, I found their creativity in choosing projects very commendable. And this is truly where every employee being from fresher upto experienced enjoy in codingmart work period. If you are a creative candidate and feel you have top notch skills or have interest to learn on trending technology, then honestly I would recommend you to choose them. They not value the skills you hold, but also invest their time upon you if you wish to learn new stuffs and involve in great shape of projects. I'm sure they lead in to technology which is scoped for next few years.

Dislikes

I don't really have any dislikes, but rather would recommend them expand to few more branches across India. Because, they hold wonderful entrepreneurship and market reception which they should begin to attempt in few other cities.
