I simply love their work culture and the hierarchy of leadership that they incorporate within. The most interesting factor that every employee would feel happy about is - the flexibility which codingmart provide in both profession as well personal. Being one of the product cum service based company in Bangalore, I found their creativity in choosing projects very commendable. I don't really have any dislikes, but rather would recommend them expand to few more branches across India. Because, they hold wonderful entrepreneurship and market reception which they should begin to attempt in few other cities.

Dynamic team, u will learn lot of technology in short duration

You may end up doing a project with 6 months duration to a month duration. There will be lot of task that u will be assigned with. If ur a genius u may tolerate it easily otherwise walkin on knife. Try to get into a client company cuz it is a quick recruit company that is where ur job security increases.
