You can be fired at anytimes whenever chinese management decides to reduce headcount without any justification. 10. They start to count your mistakes and performance related issues only before increments and bonus. 11. Retirement company.

Overall Policies are Stringent and only changes when management wants it. 0 Support by HR infact are least intrested in emplyoees issues. Work life balance is pathetic and also nor manager support decisions. Overall it feels very sad to work here.

Considering the small company. The individual has lot many things to make their hands dirty in many technology. Company sends hefty amount on procuring the products.

They micromanage the working time and bad working culture which keeps everyone on swords edge when they will be show the door.

Notice Period is 3 months. Increments and Bonuses are not given at par as per industry standards. Senior Staff members who have given over 6 to 7 years in the company are sometimes not considered for Promotions, even when they are highly capable. Hence, the attrition rate is high.
