This is the only company where you can be at General Manager Position within 5-6 years only. but after this no company with hire you at this level.

1. Salary button is with CEO finger, it depends upon his mood, ki aaj button dabana hai ki nahi. 2. Company has no vision & mission. it will always be at start-up level only 3. GM/M are always ready to say "Yes sir" to CEO on any line (bina sir pair wale baat ko bhi) 4. Only Politics is here in this company. 5. HR will always at everyone side. 6. No hierarchy level is followed here. 7. Founder has too much ego. (An illiterate person with IIT Degree (certificate). 8. Salary has no fixed date. In summary do not join this company, if done - welcome to team of fools.

...like bonded laborers who will work here approximately 6-7 years in 5% increment. As a CEO if you are not getting funds from anywhere then deduct money from the employees salary. That's a great failure for your company and it's a reason also that's why the newer company is not a startup and you had a startup from last 9 years. Management is completely biased and blind. All the manage level people and heads arrive late but nothing is said to them.

Dislikes

Especially those who make the rules themselves are the ones who come late. A few lines about the HR manager. On the days when she arrives early to the office. She complains to the heads that your team is not coming on time while she herself arrives at 11:30 every day, and no one knows when she arrives or leaves. Many times she arrives as late as 12:00 or 12:30 places her bag on the second floor and directly goes to the 4th floor acting as through she arrived at 10.00Am. Then in the evening. She leaves by 7.00 or 6:30 PM. She tells her juniors, Go check on the 3rd floor if Neerav is still there or if he has left. As soon as it's found out that Neerav has already left. She also disappears. You are very clever, but the people on the 4th floor are even more cleaver. Everyone has their eyes on you. No one speaks up because you have isolated everyone. As soon as someone speaks you start yelling at them and threaten to complaint to the founders. That's why ambition box is a way where the truth about you can be shared with everyone. A so called un*ducated12 th pass TL who has left the company is so sham*less that they just can't move on from Cityfurnish. Every few days, she come to write something on Ambition Box. Find something else to do in life, sister, instead of telling us to look for a job - we've already found one! In fact, now i hire people like you. Move on from Cityfurnish, bro. And Regarding medical iss*es, you should know the company asks for employees medical certificates not their family members . But sorry how would you even know? After all, you're a un*ducated 12 th pass, person who somehow become a TL. Looks like showing just the mid*le fin*er wasn't enough for you, so you came back for more. And of course, you have play the vi*tim card again - awwwww, couldn't handle the humiliation? That's why you ran away from the company like a coward and not the just the you just left the city. hahaha.. And you're telling us to find the find a job? We already did, kiddo You go and find something else to do and move on from Cityfurnish. Also, I'm thankful that i worked at this organization and got to see such a toxic culture. Be mature, move on, and understand what a good culture and good work environment looks like. Fix you mentality, or else you'll remain a un*ducated 12th pass, TL in this companies like this, Good companies with a good culture won't even consider people like you. And as for us? We have talent. No matter where we are we hire people like you. Unlike you, we're not spineless who ran away from the companies. Lastly, me genuine request to everyone - please don't work at Cityfurnish. It's such a useless company where managers randomly promote people to TL positions. The work environment and culture are terrible. People here only focus on jud*ing and target*ing each other - nothing more than that. Such a complete waste of time. Also, you just prooved that you are 12th pass because its Ne*ative not Nagative, its College not Collage. Baby, go and learn that there is a HUGE differnce between College and Collage.

My marketing Manager never comes to office, and also she tells everyone their is a communication gap, the main reason of communication gap is herself, Never reply on time and then said you are not complete your tasks on time. She only like the worst things which we make, when we try to show creativity she immediately rejects.
