This is the only company where you can be at General Manager Position within 5-6 years only. but after this no company with hire you at this level.

1. Salary button is with CEO finger, it depends upon his mood, ki aaj button dabana hai ki nahi. 2. Company has no vision & mission. it will always be at start-up level only 3. GM/M are always ready to say "Yes sir" to CEO on any line (bina sir pair wale baat ko bhi) 4. Only Politics is here in this company. 5. HR will always at everyone side. 6. No hierarchy level is followed here. 7. Founder has too much ego. (An illiterate person with IIT Degree (certificate). 8. Salary has no fixed date. In summary do not join this company, if done - welcome to team of fools.

Hi everyone, I had just joined in this company in Nov. 2024 as a customer support executive whenever I was joining the HR of this company named Radhika show me a good picture of this company but after joining the company I felt, why I was working in this toxic company. They show only good face of this company and don't tell you that here the basic things are not available like spoons, dirty plates no hygiene in kitchen and cafeteria. One of our senior always used masked on that floor. In starting, I thought, he is using due to hygiene but whenever my colleagues told me that he always used Pan parag on the floor then I thought that if the Senior of this company is not maintained the basic hygiene then why the junior will do that. Sometime the customers came in office and he used only sign language with them that's was memorable 😂 for me in future as well. That's the reason, I left the office and not suggest anyone to join here.

1. - As I had already informed you that in Cityfurnish, the basic hygiene was not maintained by the HR management. 2. - The in the customer support, If you are a girl, I suggest you don't join here due to toxic environment and the senior Manager has no any idea or vision how to handle the team. 3. - The office boys had no any idea how to talk anyone and always eat Gutka while they are cooking tea or coffee for you. 4. - All other departments are good but but some of the employee from other team used to shouting on floor to customer that's also hampers our work. Some time they used abusive language also. 5. - The trainer had no idea how to give traning. She used from chapter 6 first and then suddenly she came on chapter 9th and then she came on 1st chapter. She shall ( Khichdi ) of your mind. 6. - The Manager wants that you have to be his puppet or he will always give you the hard task without giving you any training. Only his puppet will get the work from home or promotions only. 7. - The Manager and his puppet always live on 2nd floor because of truancy. They come in office only for Eat sleep Repeat. I had seen first time in my carrier where a manager is not sitting with his junior because of his Pan parag habit. 8. - I hope, everyone knows about it and no one is taking action against him because mostly employee still want to work with that company which is still a startup from his last 10 years in the same field due to that type of employees. 9. - I suggest to Mr. Neerav, He had a great vision but not a great management so if he wants to grow in future he had to change his management and working style also. He had to directly involved with the employee in every month and if any employee is giving him suggestions then he should take it and enforce the rules on the same time.

I have recently left CF. My experience with cityfurnish was quite good my managers is very supportive and always ready to help. He is very knowledgeable about the company processes and has 10-12 year of experience. He is strong pillar of the CS Team. The whole team is supportive. About the founders they all stay personally connected with the employees which is very positive aspect. It any issue arises I can directly share it with them. All the founders are role models to me.

Dislikes

The cs team is often targeted by other teams other team’s unite against them and at the forefront of this is Mrs. Priyanka Goel. She was former Cs employee but still keeps interfering with the cs team. She constantly asks what is going on it the cs team and likes to intrude into their personal lives. She has no knowledge of her own work and just keep giving unnecessary advise. She always tries to make other look bad. Flatters the founders and there’s strange rule that if you flatter the founders you get an increment. She stay in a high position by doing nothing because she is an expert in flattery. Her eyes are always on the heads position. Soon she will become the Operations head. She is a master in flattery. Mr Akash K your chair is at risk BE CAREFUL 2. There is no fixed time for salaries 3. The head of billing team is always watching movies and his puppet team does all the work.He comfortably sits in a corner and tries to look busy. But in reality his only job is to sit in the corner and finish 2-3 movies throughout the day. 4.Collection team is always shouting and sometimes some people even sleep during office hours. No one suspervises them. 5. 4th floor is completely disorganised and looks like it doesn’t even belong to cf. The HR Team always shows partiality towards the 4th floor. No HR staff is based on the fourth foor.if any issue Aries’s the HR team tells us to come down the 3rd floor 4th floor like slum everyone using foul language. If the Founder Mr Neerav Jain were to sit on the 4th floor the HR team would follow suit because they need to stay in the founders good books 6.Washroom is very bad condition as compared to 3rd floor While the only proper floor in CF is the 3rd floor

In addition, the collaborative culture at CityFurnish allowed me to learn from my team lead and gain valuable insights from the company’s visionary founders. The organization fosters an environment where employees are encouraged to grow, innovate, and contribute meaningfully. Although my journey with CityFurnish was short, it was transformative. I walked away with a wealth of knowledge, a sharpened skill set, and a sense of gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I had. I truly appreciate the supportive culture and leadership at CityFurnish, and I recommend it to anyone seeking to kickstart their career in a positive and nurturing environment.
