1) After the funding ceased, the company culture became intolerable. 2) This is the first organization I've encountered where sales & marketing are managed by Interns, while supply chain operations are lead by industry experts. Nevertheless management believes that lack of new orders is due to operational issues. 3) If orders decrease, management begins placing orders for themselves to falsely inflate order counts and mislead investors. 4) Most of the senior managers/heads come from non-technical background and tend to perpetuate a culture of " Yes Boss" (which appears to be their primary skill). 5) The founder behaves like he is managing a local factory rather an established company. No input is acknowledged unless it aligns with the founder's personal gain and according to him, all employees in operations are considered as thieves(A desk cam is installed in every WH solely to eavesdrop the ongoing conversations.)
