Highly unprofessional managers, no work life balance, FTEs don't get their proper respect on floor, if you ask for a leave on your utmost level of emergency then also you will get insulted and your leave request will be rejected. The current scenario is like, when people are resigning, due to puosity of manpower they are extending their notice period from 30 days to 45 days.

Initially Flipkart was known for its working culture but now it's zero this is the true fact. Hybrid model is there , but depends on your manager how it will look like. Nothing good now.

Flipkart hire based on 3rd party payroll, please it's a request don't get hired from them 1. They exploit the employee paying low salary less then market standard, and won't pay you hike till the time you will be there. 2. Flipkart talks about equality among the employees , but in office you will work same as the direct hire people even more , then also any party/ office trip any gifts or benefits from Flipkart you won't be able to enjoy because you are a 3rd party payroll . Mostly they consider you as a road side labour . Cause max managers mentality in analytics department is " If you don't want to stay don't stay, we can hire more people with less salary to work". That means people who are working want to grow their career , they don't have any respect in Flipkart . This is very sad to hear, you are devoting your years and experience to a company which we used to think it's good , but inside no one is happy .
