Poor Salary No appraisal Employee gets fired without any prior information. You will not learn anything new that will help you grow in your career. If management feels, by firing you they will save 500 rs per month you will be fired. No job security. F&F amount won't be given to employees in promised time. Worst level of politics Most of the team leads are worthless they have no knowledge. Privileged leave are cancelled by management just before it comes. Policies are changed like people change their clothes. HR asks employees for the positive reviews

Long working hours. (9 productive hours and no break includes in this) EPF is not getting credited from a long time also both employees and employers part is getting deducted from salary. Gratuity deduction is another part which is not mentioned in the payslip but it is getting deducted from the salary. Changing salary account again and again. Management is very rude and not helping. Layoffs is another dark side of this company.

Coercive Tactics for FNF Clearance:** To exacerbate matters, the HR department at CEDCOSS Technologies insisted they wouldn't clear my Full and Final settlement without an additional payment, despite the clear terms outlined in the relieving letter I had dutifully signed. Blame Game with "Human Error":** The ultimate insult came when CEDCOSS Technologies attributed my termination to a vague "human error." This vague justification not only lacks transparency but also seems to be an attempt to shirk responsibility for their questionable actions. In conclusion, my time at CEDCOSS Technologies PVT Ltd was characterized by a pattern of unprofessional conduct, ethical lapses, and a blatant disregard for employee rights.
