Was my first job. Very nice environment to grow your skills. Seniors were very nice & helpful, learned a lot from them.

Dislikes

Work-life balance, No overtime pay. Note: I was here for about 2 years at an entry level post, seniors may have it better or they may have updated their policies now since it is a growing company.

Likes

I am rebuilding old products in .Net Core. Loving the work and the responsibility given by management. I also have a team to mentor. Getting a team at young age is adding good responsibility to my career

Dislikes

Old tech leadership people(who were with the company for 10+ years) should have been let go long back. They didn't close projects and created tech debt for the organisation. Management should have taken decision earlier. But now these people have been shown the door, so things are improving

Likes

All Old Tech leadership is being asked to leave the company - I feel these people had very low tech skills. This has opened up opportunity for developers like us to grow and build new products. Management is strong and taking courageous decisions. Good or Bad only time will tell.

Dislikes

There some oldies still around. These people don't impart knowledge and also don't deliver projects. I don't know why they are still around.

Likes

Working here was good until last year. There was lots of learning opportunities and multitude of implementation going on. The customers where happy as well.

Dislikes

The new management is more focused on removing the old employees who are well known with the customers. The customer want the old employees as they had implemented the application and support was very well provided with satisfaction. The current management do not respect the employees, they don't know how to talk, using irrelevant word. They are assigning roles which the old employees have never done, without giving any training, also to pressurize them to leave the on their own. The high rating are forcefully given just to increase the ratings.
