Its a cool company , many cultural activities and training are provided to the employees.work life balace and job satisfaction will be definitely experienced here if any one wants to join.

Increaments after joining it , you will have to waiit for 2 years to get salary hikes .

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to UK.

There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.

Best part is no restrictions for a person willing to do some thing good. Every thing we need to develop our self is provided, our tasks are adding value to either ourself or company. If we have potential and committed to achieve certain goal, every one from top to bottom will support us to achieve it.
