I like to work at capita only bcz of my manager. My manager has supported me a lot. Company offered office chairs, however I did not require it as I have my own. I received broadband. However, we are not compensated for electrity. We use our electricity and we are not compensated but because we are not travelling to office we stopped getting our travel allowance. We have not received our yearly hike as well.

However we are not compensated for electricity for using the system for office work but deducted travel allowance from our salary because we are not coming to office. We did not receive our salary hike and we have to overtime for whatever reasons and not getting paid for it. So personally infeel our hardwork is not paid for and no appreciation.

There is nothing you would like about this company

Dislikes

...are about you but about their sales, don't even about your health your problems. They lie about everything job job designation, salary, timings, package break everything. And your manager will insult you behave like you are worthless because you are not performing because they just care about results, your sales target not about your efforts you are making like daily 500-600 calls 3 hour calling, 11.5 hours working although they'll only pay for 9 hours at the end you are wrong in that place. I suggest you all don't go looking other job opportunity

... they have no idea about incentive and if not then you are on PIP, favouritism . You won't get your salary after 45 days you get it after 60 days . Laziness in doing things which employee oriented things . Appraisal is an expectation. At the time of appraisal you will receive an email , we are sorry..... Canteen is the awesome part you should have belonging in one end and your bag on the other end Managers are been removed as they were nothing.Hire and fire In the End after all the pain the process Rammed down. And you have to find a new Job

Pressure is less then other organisations.

Dislikes

I wont suggest anyone to work here there is no job security and no compensation when process is ramping down on top of that they will ask you to work for them another 2 months just to get your relieving and experience certificates.

There is no difference between a Mule and a Capita employee. Poor compensation, no benefits or perks even on occassions like Diwali, women's day, no team outing, no RNRs on a larger scale. Dictatorship followed by the senior leadership.
