The floor support is not much helpful. As well there is always a system glitch and so the loss of Pay happens. Already their Package is low and when Loss of Pay happens it gets more down

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Job Security is good, career growth looking for it. Salary not good like other companies plus one side cab facility makes you uncomfortable..Should need huge improvement as I said..

...s every possible benefits for employees but the managers won't allow to grab it. Appraisal is nothing but a chocolate as they increase your salary in one of the section from your salary structure and deduct the other one. Wipro is best company to work only if you know how to deal with the politics of old employees and managers.
