Capgemini higher management is very useless. Capgemini management do not have any experience in handling engineering and research and development business. Altran and Aricent management was good well capable person to handle E R&D projects.

No hikes More people are in management just to take higher salary Poor work culture Management is eating engineering and research projects profit money.

I like the work culture and my manager was quite supportive during my entire tenure.

...g for any new project which is quite logical. This is nothing but quiet firing. The RMG people will only look for options to cut your salary if you are on the bench mentioning that the tool is indicating that our working hours are less and sending us the screenshots, instead, they should look more into resource project tagging.

Likes

1.Work-life balance was good since beginning of the project but recently we acquired one more project with the same strength in numbers. 2.Do hard work, management will give you promotion without any blockers. 3.Complete job security will be provided and training will be given to the bench candidates on new adaptive technologies 4.Overall company culture is good. 5.Company politics are there if you search with microscopic view.

Dislikes

The salary will never be adequate to what amount of work you deliver. On an average, the salary is 40-50% less compared other big service based MNC's

Likes

1. Got oppertunity in the tough times. 2. Good thing that they give team lunch twice a year & team outing once a year. 3. Can get senior most experienced in a junior position. 4. Good Job Security. Until & Unless you resign the job. 5. Provides leaves if we apply prior to 1-2 months.

Dislikes

1. Less Salary for experienced people. Example - 2 years of experience employee getting lower than the freshers salary. 2. No work - life balance, As we work more than the shift hours. 3. Giving huge work responsibilities to only one employee without hiring the required number of people. 4. Whole project is depending on only one employee rather than sharing it with atleast 2 if in case of emergency. 5. Managers voice is as rude as he speaks to effect our personal feelings just to win the current situation.
