Increment part very low 3.5 percent to 5 percent. And promotion increment is Rs 500

Good salary hikes if you join as a fresher till B1 as per my experience. Work-Life balance is great. In most projects, not much work pressure.

Mostly support projects. So learning new things can take a hit. Though there are some learning drives in between.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming Arcade for chilling company policy are good

Even at times freshers are hired at more package in comparison to a person working at the same department for more than 3years and at higher designation!! Also learning growth and development opportunity is limited but thats project specific because of the hectic schedule.
