Capgemini policies are very much employee friendly and all this could be in your favour if your manager wants. The shift is only from Monday to Friday.

...y, it's very common to get misinformation usually from your seniors or HR even . Also every year the portal of timesheets are down for 3 months so salary of those months are delayed and in question. And taking break is very limited but only if you are one of the favourites of your manager you can definitely get away with it.

Sometimes there is work pressure, but it’s not overwhelming. The job provides a sense of satisfaction and offers good job security.

Dislikes

There is no flexibility for working from home, and the salary increment is negligible, almost insignificant. The salary itself is extremely low. Despite being a hardworking and dedicated employee, there is no proper recognition through promotions or meaningful increments, as the system treats everyone the same.

... there's lots of terms and conditions, and even the payment is not done on time. Barely any salary hike after 2.5 years

Worst company ever.There is no promotion or salary increment in Capgemini for employees.only manager and leads got promotion.Zero work life balance.You have to work more than 12 hours without appreciation. Your efforts is totally waste only few employees got appraisal who is chamcha of leads. You will give this company 3 or 4 years or give your all life to this company but you salary is remain same .
