Firstly i will say about the team As a dba if this your first job mostly you will work in L2 team and here you will many things but you will not get time to learn new things so after completing two years need to switch to l3 team or outside. Lack of recognition of rewards: In some teams everybody gets the award whereas in others only one or two people get it and the manager and leads in the project are being overlooked. 7. Limited career growth and development 8. No support for mental and emotional well being. 9. Internal politics and favoritism 10. Lack of clear communication and transparency

I worked in Capgemini 1.8 years, HRs are too toxic, very poor management. HR won't be talk you properly. I should recommend plz don't join Capgemini.

...re toxic, they don't care about employees. There is proper policy for employees. No salary hick, no promotion, no work like balance. Third class management..

I am now in Kolkata CG and start from beginning I was report to someone who is from Delhi but right now my supervisor change to Kolkata. So what I realized that out side Kolkata CG work culture is excellent so those who want to Join CG then please avoid Kolkata CG because so many unprofessional, primitives age people are manage Kolkata CG.

I dislike CG do not raise salary first two years and after that the raise is very minimum secondly location specific work culture followed instead of a central culture. So just be careful on the same and please avoid Kolkata CG
