No salary, always given excuse even if we work hard, have been in Capgemini for last 10 Yeats they don't bother for increment. New joiners gets good hike and at last they are non performance, all work we have to do

...our. Leadership will give all fresher under lead and asked to get the work done.no salary hike from last 2 year. Only boot leaker get promotion though there is some compliance issue.

I made a big mistake by resigning from my past organization, I was getting a manager role, so I moved here. CG have old culture, like savings means remove people. Senior managers will ask I need automation, but they don't know meaning of Automation. When my team perform automation, instead of appraising it, they will say, now workload is reduced, remove a senior person and hire a fresher in place of him. In past 3 appraisal I was performer and after that received 2% hike overall. Now I will resign, no matters I have job or not.

...pense from 1000 to 500. so 6K per year reduced. so overall loss of 42K per year. also they have variable pay of 10% of your salary. Now in year end, they have given few fellows as 12K hike, so even a duffer can understand that his take home is reduced by 30K. also if you are average performer then they have reduced 12% of variable. so overall, from last year you will lose 50K by default. so before you join this trap, resign ASAP.

It is a good company to start your career because you will get to learn much more, they have extensive learning programs and collaboration with various vendors for external certifications. Overall it's a good company to work if you get good manager and project.

Salary, Annual Appraisal's, Promotions are not up to the mark.

I am working in salesforce and what I see around is most of the project they have on latest tech and there is always scope about discussion how we can make it better instead of only just finish anyhow. Top leadership is also involved in design part(what I feel) for one of the product which I worked and looks good. Second thing is lot of learning oppertunities there. They have many platform and they track your learning as well and force you to complete your learning courses.

Initially what they offered CTC is everything included like you mediclaim, term insurance, PF each and every thing so make sure you prepare these question before going to HR round and understand your in hand salary. Their salary include 10% variable which I feel is worst part. They have hybrid culture so employees whose home town is somewhere else is not helpful.
