...henever required No Layoff occured during COVID Most importantly JOB SECURITY. Additionally, we have stock options, a yearly hike, and on-time salary. Our Company policies are great. The company recently introduced a Child Education Plan to help employees with thier Children's education. Moreover, the company offers flexible work hours and weekend off. Capestart also hosts events to keep the workplace fun and engaging. Working at capestart keeps me happy and I have a great work life balance. The company will value you and your skills. I love the work culture, management, career opportunities, job security, the culture, profit sharing benefits, Employee Stock Option Plan, LinkedIn learning materials access made available for all employees, treating house-keeping/security staff to top management people equally, child education fee reimbursement program, flexible shift timings for all, approachable management/leaders, overall great employees.

The company culture, vision and mission are really good. They arrange atleast one event per month to keep everyone engaged with fun and refreshing activities. There are many better chances to learn and improve ourselves. The new employee onboarding and induction programs were really smooth. The HRs are doing great job in collaborating, helping and clearing doubts of the employees all the time.

...ease approaches the developers were working till mid night to complete the work. Some might get the compensation but some could not claim it. Really appreciate if this could be addressed soon.
