The company culture, vision and mission are really good. They arrange atleast one event per month to keep everyone engaged with fun and refreshing activities. There are many better chances to learn and improve ourselves. The new employee onboarding and induction programs were really smooth. The HRs are doing great job in collaborating, helping and clearing doubts of the employees all the time.

Dislikes

...ease approaches the developers were working till mid night to complete the work. Some might get the compensation but some could not claim it. Really appreciate if this could be addressed soon.

The company's policies are very good. Very good salary and other benefits. Good environment and very good easily approachable management. Provides opportunities for skill development and learning new technologies. Helps us by providing fund aid for our children's Education fund through the Employee Children Education claim policy.
